Intent on finding a medical cure from ancient dinosaur DNA, a group of mercenaries travel to the equator and are trapped there, hunted by the very prey they were after.

Well made, and well produced, but with the typical hubris of all the Jurassic Park movies. The stupid part comes 2 minutes in, but fortunately nobody does anything drastically stupid for the rest of the movie. Although they went into dangerous situations, they all reacted like the professionals they were. The small family even did well, especially the teen girl when she catches the attention of a T-Rex. There were some silly moments, like the yellow raft, and of course the ultra-massive dinosaur from the beginning and the end of the movie, which shouldn't have been necessary.
